Social Activities for Seniors Never Stop at Mission Chateau
At Mission Chateau, we’re all about the smiles! So, in honor of World Smile Day, our awesome residents, Carolyn and Frankie, encouraged a lot of smiles from fellow residents, staff and visitors with their unique take on World Smile Day!
Did somebody say … The Grinch?! That’s right! There’s nothing like holidays in Kansas City, especially during Christmas. In December, our independent living residents got to embark on a fun-filled trip to the Plaza where they marveled at beautiful lights, spent some time at Tom’s Tinsel Town and then topped the evening off with Town Topic burgers!
Just recently at the start of this year, our magnificent Mission Chateau residents celebrated the New Year with wonderful friends, live music, delicious food and dancing! It’s events like these that promote connection and companionship for seniors, which improves overall life enrichment.
